Handmade bamboo whisk used for whisking Matcha into a homogeneous and foaming liquid when performing a Japanese tea ceremoni. In Japanese, the whisk is called chasen.

Drinking Matcha demands quite a bit of equipment. It is of course possible to make Matcha without all of this equipment but the bamboo whisk is difficult to do without. It is the most effective tool for mixing Matcha powder with water in order to create the much coveted soft, sweet and delicate Matcha.
