In our opinion, the world’s best marzipan is produced by Summerbird in the southern part of Funen. With 75% Valencia almonds, which are considered the finest there is and only 25% sugar, this is the purest marzipan ever produced. As chocolate coating, Summerbird uses Valrhona chocolate made from the Central American Trinitario cocoa beans.
