Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is picked, oxidized (shortly) and dried. This gives the tea a little color and becomes something in between green and black tea. Oolong teas can be mild and very reminiscent of green tea, or strong with longer oxidation and are closer to black tea. Most often, oolong tea has a delicate and slightly nutty taste.
