THE E-MARK
Chaya.dk is an e-brand online store, and therefore you always have access to the e-brand's free Consumer Hotline when you shop with us - see her.

 

COMPLAINT
If you have sent in an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your regret/complaint.

You must be 18 years of age to shop at chaya.dk - if you are under 18, you must have consent from your parents.

 

HOW TO SHOP ONLINE
To make a purchase on chaya.dk, you must go through 5 steps.
1. Find the item(s) you want and put them in the shopping basket, then go to checkout
2. Enter your personal information
3. Select shipping and payment method
4. Accept our terms of trade
5. Check that all information is correct on the collection page and approve the purchase

 

ORDER
At chaya.dk you can only order goods via our website. If you have inquiries about items that are not on the page, please feel free to contact us. You can also visit us in our physical stores (Lyngby Hovedgade 9A in Lyngby or Jægersborg Allé 37 in Charlottenlund) or call us on 39658898. All prices include VAT and other charges.
