If you return an item, either because you changed your mind or you’re not completely satisfied, we will confirm receipt by return e-mail. In it, you will find further instructions to process your request. You must be at least 18 years old to shop at chaya.dk – if you are under 18, you must have your parents’ consent.
How to shop with us
Here are the five steps to make a purchase at chaya.dk.
1. Find the item(s) you want and put them in the shopping cart, then continue to checkout.
2. Enter your personal information.
3. Select shipping and payment method.
4. Accept our terms of trade.
5. Check that all information is correct on the payment page and approve the purchase.
At chaya.dk you can only order products from our online shop. If you have requests for items that are not on the site, please feel free to contact us. You can also visit our stores (Lyngby Hovedgade 9A in Lyngby or Jægersborg Allé 37 in Charlottenlund) or call us at +45 3965 8898. All prices are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices. When you shop at chaya.dk, agreements are in Danish. Previous orders cannot be viewed by logging onto the site.
